What can I expect from the InClassica International Music Festival?
The InClassica International Music Festival is a unique event both for classical music lovers and for people who are searching for new experiences and who want to engage with high society in a unique atmosphere. World stars, including renowned soloists, conductors and famous orchestras will help to create this atmosphere.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at the Coca-Cola Arena, which is located in City Walk, close to Financial Centre Road and Sheikh Zayed Road.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The entirety of the festival will be held within an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
All of the festival’s concerts start at 8 p.m. and will last approximately two hours, including a short interval.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
As per the latest guidelines from Dubai Government, proof of vaccination is no longer required for any upcoming events. The Coca-Cola Arena itself is a VenueShield protected venue.

Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there is air conditioning available throughout the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Since the event consists of classical music concerts, it will not be possible for deaf people to fully experience all facets of the festival.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
Arena staff members and event organisers will help any visually impaired individuals to access the venue and find their way to their allocated seats.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, none of the festival’s concerts will incorporate strobe lights in any way.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, but keep in mind that food and drink are not allowed into the auditorium barring any medical conditions requiring their use, for example diabetes. We recommend seeking medical advice in advance of attending the festival should you have any questions regarding managing a medical condition.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
The use of audio/visual recording equipment is strictly prohibited inside the auditorium during the concerts. Of course, it is allowed at the foyer and other areas of the hall.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
ACCESS
Do I need to wear a mask?
As per UAE Government guidelines, face masks are no longer mandatory in any public spaces except for medical facilities (e.g. medics), places of worship (e.g. prayer room), public transportation, all individuals providing food and beverage services and those suspected cases of Covid-19 (close contact).
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend that you arrive in advance to the start time indicated on your ticket. Doors close at 8 p.m., and we would like to avoid entry to the auditorium during the concerts.
What happens if I arrive late?
It will be possible to enter the auditorium between musical pieces, but there is a high probability that you will miss a significant part of the concert.
Can I bring animals?
No.
Are service dogs allowed?
No.
Is there an age requirement?
All attendees must be over 6 years of age. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
The Coca-Cola Arena has been designed with all main public points of entry fully accessible. All levels of the building are accessible via lifts, all patron lifts are fully accessible, and all entrances are step free. Our seating arrangements are configured to enable wheelchair users and their companion to sit together. Accessible restroom facilities are available on every level. If you have a disability that means you can’t queue, then kindly speak to a member of staff at the arena entrance. They will sort out priority entry for you as soon as the doors open. The time printed on your ticket is the time the doors open.
Accessible seating includes: seats on the aisle, seats with few or no steps nearby, seats that have nothing directly in front of them and seats closest to the toilets. Customers with specific seating and access requirements can purchase tickets directly via Coca-Cola Arena’s in-house box office by sending an email to boxoffice@coca-cola-arena.com. Is there parking available?
There is no public parking at the Arena. Unfortunately, there is no valet parking available for public events, and cars are unable to stop outside of the venue. Please note: disabled badge holders can park in car park P4, free of charge upon presentation of a valid disabled badge.
What if the weather is bad?
All of the Festival’s concerts are indoor events.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Any oversized bags, alcohol, or anything which may disturb the other patrons is strictly prohibited.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Can I smoke a vape?
Smoking of any kind indoors is prohibited, but it will be possible to smoke outside the venue or in designated smoking areas
Will there be a dress code?
There is no strict dress code, but all attendees should arrive dressed appropriately for an evening event.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, tickets can be purchased from the Coca-Cola Arena Box Office, which is located at the ground level of the venue. However, we recommend purchasing your tickets ahead of time in order to guarantee your spot.

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store On the Fever website
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there a Military discount?
There is no special Military discount, but you can contact us for additional help.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for InClassica International Music Festival can only be purchased on Fever or on the official venue’s website at coca-cola-arena.com.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
